Not losing fat at all 1!=?!?!?!?!"#$=)R?

it would help to know what kind of training your doing, as well as diet??? as for body fat to reduce you must do alot of cardio ie jogging - cycling swimming ect. at a low intensity for long durations approx 45 mins this oxyidates fatty tissue do this 3-5 times a week as for diet drink in moderation avoid heavy carbs no junk food!, reduce the size of your portions and eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg, for muscles if your new to weights start with light weights with high reps but if your not then no worries just make sure yuor not of working on muscle group ie benching to mush with out working upper traps/ romboids, and i know what you mean about people saying god made you a certine way and all that crap but always remember true beauty comes from within... best of luck
