Should I have disposable cameras on tables for the wedding breakfast or the evening reception?

I would think the disposable cameras would be better for the evening reception. You'll get more "fun" photos of everyone having a good time. Not everyone is a morning person and most people loosen up more in the evening with or without alcohol.
