How to take a photo of yourself with a disposable camera.?

so i'm going on a trip on the 3rd of July 2011 with my school and of course like other girls my age i want memories of it most pictures will be of me and my 3 friends and i was wondering how to take pictures of myself with it because i wont be asking others to take the pictures for me... so does any1 know a trick of how i can take the pictures of my self...? and please answer fast..! thanks in advance.. :)
